It looks like Samsung is preparing the launch of its first Ultra-branded robot vacuum, coinciding with the quiet removal of its existing robot vacuum lineup from the U.S. market. The South Korean company recently released a short teaser video for the upcoming Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra, offering a brief look at several advanced features and suggesting that a product launch may be approaching.
The teaser, which runs for less than a minute, highlights a high-temperature steam cleaning mode capable of reaching 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit), along with AI-powered vision designed to detect liquids on the floor. It also showcases the vacuum’s distinctive mechanical design, including a system that allows it to roll over obstacles rather than stopping in front of them. While Samsung has not confirmed a release date, the publication of a promotional video typically indicates that a product announcement is near.
Samsung first introduced the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam at IFA 2025 and later demonstrated it again at CES 2026 in Las Vegas; one of its most notable upgrades is a retractable wheel mechanism on the underside of the vacuum, enabling it to clear obstacles up to 4.5 cm high. Obstacle navigation has long been a major limitation of robot vacuums, and this feature could represent a meaningful step forward for the category.
If adopted across more models, such innovations could reduce the practical gap between robot vacuums and wireless stick vacuums, which currently remain more affordable, easier to maintain, and less constrained by stairs or thick rugs.
At the same time, Samsung appears to be resetting its U.S. product lineup; as of now, Samsung’s U.S. online store lists only the Bespoke Jet Stick Ultra and Lite, with all 2024 Jet Bot robot vacuums no longer available. Pricing and availability details for the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra remain unknown, but the cleared inventory suggests Samsung may be making room for its upcoming flagship robot vacuum.
